Hello Friends members,I am here sharing Vodafone New TCP 2013 which includes all common TCP Ports and 100% working for most of the states as i am drafting this thread. Here is a brief of these configs:
[01] Configs are compatible with NMD VPN
[02] Pack of TCP Port 53, 80 and 443 configs
[03] Works with Normal 3G Data Plan
[04] Unlimited Bandwidth, No Speed Capping
[05] Working at 0 balance

Important Tips for the Trick
[1] APN should be "www" (Without Quotes)
[2] Charges per session for establishing connection (If not using Data Packs) are 10p/10KB on 2G all circles except Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka and 2p/10KB on 3G and 2G in Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka in case he/she is subscribed to Pay As You Go Tariff at Prevailing Pack Tariff in case he/she has subscribed to any of the Vodafone India Mobile Internet Packs.
